JESUS JOSE GARCIA DE GREGORIO
LEGAL DUTIES AND MANAGEMENT
Jesus García De Gregorio is a Registered Attorney with the Madrid Bar Association (No. 66.837), boasting over 25 years of professional practice. His career began as a Court Official, serving in various tribunals within the Community of Madrid.
As an entrepreneur, he manages several firms dedicated to tax, accounting, labor, and legal advisory services, as well as a real estate brokerage and financial representation firm. Throughout his career, he has held executive roles across both the financial and legal sectors.
Currently, he continues to practice law throughout Spain and serves as General Secretary of an Arbitration Court in Madrid. He combines these responsibilities with managing a family business focused on wine exports and organizing food and wine experiences in Spain and the USA.
ALFONSO MARTINEZ HERRERA
SOMMELIER & GASTRONOMIC SPECIALIST
Alfonso Martínez Herrera is a distinguished sommelier who brings a wealth of authentic Spanish gastronomy experience to the table. As an active member of the Association of Sommeliers of Aranda and Ribera del Duero (ASAR), he showcased his high-level expertise by competing in the National Sommelier Contest at Madrid’s prestigious Salón Gourmets event in October 2021. Building on his foundational experience as the former sommelier at La Casona en la Vid in Burgos, Alfonso now owns and operates his own restaurant in the historic town of Peñaranda de Duero. Beyond his masterful pairings and deep knowledge of regional wines, he is also a professional Iberian ham carver, allowing him to deliver a truly immersive and traditional Spanish dining experience. Furthermore, he has successfully curated and directed high-end enogastronomic events across the USA.
RAQUEL GIL FERNANDEZ
COORDINATOR
Raquel Gil Fernandez is a certified Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, and Sign Language Interpreter. She brings over a decade of clinical experience in both the private sector and at a Public Hospital in Madrid.
Following her healthcare career, she served as a civil servant for the Community of Madrid. As part of the secretariat for a Teacher Training Center, she specialized in comprehensive document management and public relations.
Currently, she manages the administrative operations for a law firm in Madrid. She combines this role with her work in the family business, where she oversees wine exports and the organization of exclusive culinary and wine experiences in Spain and the USA.
DIEGO GARCIA GIL
BRIDGE BUILDER
Diego García Gil is a dedicated professional holding a Bachelor’s in Business Management Science, currently working toward two Master’s degrees in both Accounting and Business Science. A former collegiate athlete, he came to the United States on a tennis scholarship, competing for three different institutions.
Currently residing in Georgia, he works as the Director of Tennis at Glen Abbey Tennis Club. He is also the owner of Iberian Treasure G&G LLC, a company established in Georgia that organizes social events and private experiences dedicated to promoting Spanish culture across America.
